YOUR TRIP


To/from Lille-Europe or Strasbourg
from 17 May 2021
For train journeys to/from the Lille-Europe or Strasbourg stations, collect your train ticket online as early as 72 hours before your departure.
Once you have collected your train ticket online, there is no need to physically visit the Train + Air ticket office, you can go directly to your train to begin your trip.

Take the train to the Paris-Charles de Gaulle or Massy TGV station. Then continue your journey within 24 hours on an international* flight operated by Air France, departing from Paris-Charles de Gaulle or Paris-Orly airport. 

At the Train + Air counter of the departure station 
Please arrive between 24 hours and 20 minutes before your train departs, with your flight ticket and ID. The Train + Air team will then check you in for your flight and provide your rail ticket (which you must then stamp). 

Please check the opening hours of the SNCF ticket office in your departure train station on the website www.oui.sncf. Your connection time must not exceed 24 hours.

Upon arrival of your train
If your train arrives at Paris-Charles de Gaulle, walk to the baggage drop-off area of your flight's departure terminal. 

If your train arrives at Massy TGV train station, a taxi transfer to Paris-Orly airport is provided free of charge by Air France for the next part of your journey. A driver will be waiting for you on the train platform, carrying a sign with your name on it. Your cell phone number is required for this service. Please ensure that the number listed in your booking is correct. (e.g.: 612345678)

At Paris-Charles de Gaulle or Paris-Orly airport
To check in your baggage, go to the baggage drop-off counter of your flight as soon as you arrive at the airport.

* Flights to overseas France included

Start your trip on an Air France international flight* to Paris-Charles de Gaulle or Paris-Orly airport. Then continue your journey by train within 24 hours of the arrival of your flight.

Upon arrival of your flight
Regardless of your arrival airport, you must pick up your baggage before continuing your journey by train. 

When you arrive at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, walk to the Paris-Charles de Gaulle TGV train station.

If your flight lands at Paris-Orly airport, a taxi driver will be waiting for you at the exit of the baggage delivery area, carrying a sign with your name on it. The taxi transfer to the Massy TGV train station is provided free of charge by Air France for the next part of your journey by train. Your cell phone number is required for this service. Please ensure that the number listed in your booking is correct. (e.g.: 612345678)

Please note: your connection time must not exceed 24 hours.

Collecting your train ticket
You must collect your ticket at the Train + Air counter in the Paris-Charles de Gaulle or Massy TGV train station.

TRAVELING WITH AN ANIMAL
On a "plane + train" trip, you may bring the following animals:

  • Dogs and cats weighing less than 8 kg / 17 lb (including the travel bag or container)
  • The travel bag or container must not exceed the following dimensions: 45 cm x 35 cm x 25 cm / 17 in x 13 in x 9 in.
  • Assistance dogs

The transportation of animals is not included in the price of your ticket.
For rail travel, you must pay an additional fee on board the train.
For air travel, you must pay an additional fee at the airport. The amount of this fee depends on your destination.

  • If you are traveling in the "train + plane" direction, you must first complete your train trip for your flight ticket to be valid.
  • If you are traveling in the "plane + train" direction, you must first complete your flight for your train ticket to be valid.
